What's your go-to inspection contingency language?

I want to tighten my standard PA. My current inspection clause gives the buyer 10 days to walk for any reason, which feels too loose — I've had two assignees use it to renegotiate after a verbal handshake.

Anyone willing to share the contingency language they use? Bonus if you've had it tested by an attorney.
