Terms of Service

By creating an iSpeedToClose account, you agree to these terms. iSpeedToClose provides tooling — lead CRM, deal analysis, listings discovery, alerts, and reporting — for real estate wholesalers and investors. You retain ownership of your data; we retain ownership of the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use iSpeedToClose to misrepresent listings, harass sellers, or violate state real estate licensing requirements. You are solely responsible for compliance with the wholesale, assignment, and disclosure laws of your operating jurisdiction.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the cadence you selected (monthly or annual). You can cancel any time from the Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Disclaimer of warranties

iSpeedToClose surfaces market data, AVMs, and AI-generated verdicts as starting points — never as final investment guidance. You must independently verify property condition, ARV, repairs, and comps before making any offer or assignment.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
