Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run iSpeedToClose: your account info (email, name), the property records you enter, the searches you save, and basic usage analytics. We don't sell your data — full stop.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, name, password hash, brand customisation.
• Workspace data: leads, deals, saved searches, capture forms, win stories — all owned by you.
• Analytics: page views, conversion funnel events (no third-party trackers).
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number.

Third-party services we use

• Stripe — billing & subscriptions.
• RentCast — property listings & AVM data.
• Resend — transactional emails (deal alerts, digest, welcome).
• Anthropic Claude — AI deal verdicts.

Your rights

You can export or delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We retain billing records as required by law (typically 7 years).
